I have worked on the Macintosh e-zine About This Particular Macintosh for more than two years. I started out as the Copy Editor, but now pull triple duty as Publicity Manager, Help Jedi, and Contributing Editor. My monthly column is devoted to the Mac GUI, and is called, appropriately enough, GUI Junkie. The first column is in the March issue.

Reviews I have reviewed a couple of items for ATPM. You can read about Mariner Write 2.05, and about the Mac Upgrade & Repair Bible.

It really ticks me off when journalists put their own interests before that of their readers. This has really become a problem with web journalism, and recent examples in the Mac press prompted me to pen Why Jason Needs A Pismo.

If you haven't guessed by now, I am also a Macintosh user. Well, user may not be a strong enough word. Enthusiast is a better term, and you can read more here.

I consider myself to be what I term a "constitutionalist libertarian." Because of this, I feel very strongly about certain issues, one of which has to do with the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Consitution, the right to keep and bear arms. You can read about my feelings here.
